The extrusion method allows us to produce various cooling fin shapes according to customer requirements. The profile sizes generally vary between 50-200mm in diameter.
As a rule of thumb, the ratio between cooling fin density and height is 1:5, depending on the size and shape of the element.
It is possible to use anodisation as the surface treatment for the elements. Anodisation creates a hard aluminium oxide layer on the element surface, protecting the cooling element from corrosion. Anodisation colour options include the different electrical colours, such as brown or black, and natural colour. Another option is hard anodisation.
Material alloys EN AW-6060 and EN AW-6063.
